I am an IT professional with six years of experience in the field. I have worked in an both an office and warehouse environment and have experience all across the IT field. Some of the things I have experience with include:

• Troubleshooting hardware including PCs, servers, PC peripherals, printers/scanners, audio/visual and conferencing equipment, camera/security systems, and cabling/wiring

• Software license maintenance and troubleshooting including Office 365, CAD software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS, Adobe apps, project management software like Smartsheet, and a host of other software/apps

• Creating and maintaining annual IT budgets

• Managing IT assets and acquisition as well as vendor relationships

• Designing and building custom PCs

• Scripting and programming in several languages such as C# and Java

• Web development using HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as web dev with WordPress and PHP

• All stages of project management from kickoff to closing

• All avenues of cybersecurity including phishing training, firewalls, VPNs, and other aspects of network security

These are just a few of the areas I have knowledge/experience in.

I consider myself an IT generalist. There is scarcely an aspect of IT that I have not touched at some point, so if there is something I cannot personally do, I can definitely point you in the right direction.
